Is AI a threat to employment in future?

 In this modern world,people’s expectations of technology are increasing beyond limits. To make their work easier, they are coming up with new innovations,one of which is artificial intelligence, or AI. If someone from a hundred years ago was told that in the future they would have AI who could do all their work and assignments,then that person would never believe it. But humans have made it possible. They now have AI that can finish their hours of work within seconds.

To begin with,is AI actually a good source for humans, or is it imposing a threat to human employment? Sadly,this amazing innovation is now replacing humans themselves. AI excels in many fields, and since they cannot make mistakes and are faster than humans,they are being used in many job sectors instead of humans. It has been reported that more than 800 million people are at risk of losing their jobs due to automation.

The use of AI is becoming widespread in all aspects of work. From the healthcare industry to diagnose diseases faster than any human or in automotion to drive autonomous vehicles to the IT industry,AI is much more efficient than humans. To increase the economy,most industries are hiring AI instead of humans.

Although these AIs pose a great threat to the human species,they can be kept under control by humans if they start using them sensibly instead of giving them all the power. AI can be faster or more efficient, but it can never be equivalent to a human brain. If humans use AI to help themselves instead of allowing it to do everything for them,then they can be under control, but if humans start making AI do everything for them,then the doom for humans is not very far.
